Our Auction Center

Annett Auction Center, a division of T Down Trailers Ltd., is a licensed, bonded, and insured facility extensively involved with the marketing by Public Auction and Private consignment sales of all types of merchandise and machinery. We specialize in liquidations for estates, insolvencies, and personal reductions. Our regular monthly TIMED auctions begin the 3rd Monday of each month @ 8:00am, and run until the Wednesday of that week with the lot’s starting to close @ 1:00 pm. We also contract, advertise, and arrange special “On Site Auctions” with or without Satellite Internet bidding.

On April 1st 2012 We were able to expand our operation with the purchase of the entire office and shop as well as the entire 9 acre site. The 14,000 sq feet of building has been split into a full time trailer repair shop as well as two fully secured indoor auction rings. Ring # 1 is dedicated to the sale and viewing of antiques, collectibles, household and furniture. Ring # 2 sells shop supplies and tools , large appliances and excise equipment , building supplies and sporting goods. Ring # 3 will handle cars and trucks, quads, livestock equipment, lumber, RV’s and trailers, tractors, agricultural equipment, and oilfield equipment.

At Annett Auction we are licensed by the Federal Government as a Long Gun handling and sales facility. All Long guns must be accompanied and sold with a trigger lock in place. All purchasers of long guns must present a valid FAC or PAL card at purchase. Guns are displayed in a locked case during office hours and vaulted during off hours. All Firearms are under constant Video surveillance.

At T Down Trailers we are fussy about what we sell and for good reason. We are a local business and We sell largely to our Friends and Neighbors

Our main trailer lines featured are the EBY all aluminum stock trailers, Oasis enclosed Cargo and Car haulers, and the Oasis brand Flatbeds and Utility trailers. We are very proud of these manufacturer’s and have confidence in each brand.

Another quality line that we market is the One Time Steel fencing. If You hate to fence as much as I do, then One Time Steel fence is for You. I have personally tried this system at My own ranch and will now use nothing but steel from now on. It is cheaper to install and there is virtually Zero maintenance once it’s up. Even the winter snows don't hurt the fence. Look into this system and save big.
