This building is located at address # 142012-HWY544, on the Patricia Highway # 544 , 3.1 km east of the Duchess Highway # 873 .

The unit consists of a main 40' x 24' building ( originally ATCO ) plus a detachable ( NEW ) 40' x 12' frame building.

The 40x12 addition will  be separated for transport on request and all electrical , gas , sewer detached by seller .

The 40x24 Unit was originally trucked in, lifted to place by a 50TON picker truck and flatbed and set on ties.

The unit has been newly steel clad as well as the roof, all doors and windows are good .

Unit sits on rail tie's and can be easily moved by picker truck
