Terms :

Bidders must register to bid with Annett Auction Live Bidding . New customers must provide credit references for approval . All items will sell unreserved to the highest bidder . Due to possible lag time in the system bidders are advised to refresh their browsers on a regular basis especially at time of lot close .

 

Viewing onsite will be 8:00am to 5:00 pm August 12 /13 /14/ 15/ 16/ 17/ 18 th .

 

Bidding will start on Monday August 15th @ 8:00 am. Lot's will begin to soft close at 12 Noon on Thursday August 18th starting with lot # 1 and followed each 20 seconds by the next lot . If a bid is received in the final 5 minutes of closing then the lot time will extend a further 5 minutes and continue until all biding is finished .

 

All items must be paid in full before pickup to Annett Auction . Paid invoices will be issued at the Annett Auction office in Brooks , on site in Hanna on Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th. or payment can be made by card by phone or e-transfered and a signed and paid invoice will be e-mailed to the buyer . Phone in Credit Card and e-Transfer payee's must present proof of identity with their paid invoice at pickup .

 

Items must be removed ASAP after sale as the yard must be cleared . Loading assistance will be available on Thursday afternoon , Friday and Saturday and Monday . After that by appointment only .

The CAT skid steer and the Case loader will be sold at auction but will be retained and used for loading purposes until Tuesday the 23rd. During this period only qualified staff will be allowed to operate and the unit will be guarenteed to be in the same condition as when purchased .
